Returns Policy

  1. Orders for personalised, custom made, made to measure or other special order goods may not be cancelled or refunded under any circumstance.
  2. You may cancel other orders at any time before they are dispatched by either emailing or calling +44 333 303 1279 and requesting a cancellation.
  3. Before returning any goods you must contact us for returns authorisation by either emailing or calling +44 333 303 1279 and requesting a returns note.
  4. You may return goods for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery provided that ALL the following conditions are satisfied:
    • Goods will only be accepted if they are in brand new, unused condition with any tags still attached and fit for immediate re-sale;
    • Packaged items will only be accepted if the package remains unbroken and in reasonable condition, and
    • You obtain a return authorisation and supply the returns note and proof of purchase with the returned good(s) in the same delivery.
  5. Where goods are accepted for return in accordance with all the conditions set out in this document and are found not to be faulty. The risk and cost of returning the goods shall be your responsibility.
  6. If your requests return of goods because they are believed to be faulty, we reserve the right in the first instance to send a representative to inspect goods on-site or send a third-party engineer to investigate the fault.
  7. In instances where the inspection finds the fault is a result of misuse, vandalism, incorrect application, installation fault or other cause that cannot be reasonably considered to be an inherent fault of the product, then a charge will be made for this inspection and the return request will be refused. We reserve the right to require payment of this charge upfront prior to inspection, and to refund it if and when the goods are proved faulty.
  8. We may opt not to have the goods returned and to attempt to resolve the issue in some other way.
  9. We reserve the right to require you to return the goods to any UK postal address other than that of our registered business address.
  10. Where goods are returned not in accordance with these conditions or damaged whilst in your possession we shall not be obliged to accept the return of those goods. In such circumstances, we will notify you that the goods are available for re-delivery for which you shall be liable for any reasonable delivery charges incurred.
  11. We will examine the returned goods and will process any refund to you usually within 3-5 working days, but in any case no later than within 30 days. Unless otherwise notified by us the price of the goods will be refunded only and less any applicable restocking, administration, delivery and/or collection charges.

Delivery Policy

  1. All delivery addresses for orders to mainland UK (including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles and the Isle of Man) address and available to take delivery any weekday between 08.00 and 20:00 and Saturday 08:00 to 18:00 hours. Delivery for large and/or palletised goods is to the entrance of the delivery property only. The purchaser (their agents, employees or representatives) may also be required to assist in unloading the goods. The purchaser must ensure they have the facilities to take delivery of the goods ordered.
  2. Orders requiring delivery to a non-mainland UK address or an address outside of the UK, will incur a surcharge. If your country isn’t listed on our checkout page please contact us for a quote.
  3. It is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any appropriate taxes required by their country. Little Tots Toys Ltd will not be held responsible for any other fees apart from the initial postage costs.
  4. If delivery is attempted and our courier cannot complete the delivery for any reason a surcharge may be payable to arrange a further delivery attempt.
  5. Delivery shortages, missing or damaged items must be reported within 2 business days of the delivery date. Claims for shortages, missing or damaged items cannot be accepted after this time. Buyers must sign for items as damaged with the courier at the point of delivery if there is in any way damage to the packaging.
  6. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of being ordered and standard delivery of in-stock items is typically 2-5 working days, all other items are typically delivered in 5-21 working days. Contact us for delivery lead time estimates on a product by product basis if delivery time is of the essence.
  7. All delivery dates published on individual product pages, or quoted by staff are predicted and are not guaranteed. Timed delivery slots are not available without arrangement and written agreement prior to order.
  8. Deliveries may be made in several separate consignments with various couriers depending upon the most cost-effective and fastest method of sending goods as chosen by us.
  9. We reserve the right to cancel any order with no warning or notification should these conditions not be met.
  10. Where you use our courier service for delivery of goods to be framed, this is still done at your risk, Little Tots Toys accepts no liability for lost packages. We will do everything in our power to track a lost package, and will claim against the standard insurance of £25 for the maximum allowed. Should these terms not be acceptable, or you require additional levels of insurance, then you will need to use your own courier.
  11. Where you use your own courier service for delivery of goods to be framed, this is done entirely at your own risk, Little Tots Toys accepts no liability for lost packages. We strongly recommend using a fully track and insured service
