Free Returns 4-Step Process
We know how difficult it can be picking the right size or best present when shopping online, so we offer you free returns within 30 days of you receiving your order.
We've made it super easy for you to return something to us:
- Contact Us to let us know what and why you want to return to us - We will also give you a returns reference number so we can track your return once it gets to us.
- Box it back up - You don't need to wrap it back up (unless you want to), just put it all back in the box with all tags, packaging and labels. If possible put it back in its grey mailbag to keep it dry.
- Print your returns label - We've teamed up with Royal Mail, all you need to do is complete the details and print off the postage label.
- Drop-off at your local Post Office - Find your local branch and take along your return.
The Obvious
Please read our full refund policy but some key points are below:
- We are all human here at Little Tots Toys, if there's a problem with your order please let us know so we can try and resolve it.
- Returns have to be in a brand new, unused condition with any tags still attached and fit for immediate re-sale. If it originally came in packaging, then this and any seals must also be intact.
- Free returns only apply if you use the service detailed above. Should you use any other method then you will be responsible for the postage costs.
- We'll issue your refund usually within 3-5 days.
