Blade & Rose started in 2010 by Amanda and her husband Jon during her maternity leave. Named after her two children Harvey Blade and Issey Rose, Amanda spent hours trying to find colourful and fun leggings for her children to wear out and about. Failing to find anything, and fed up of the boring designs on the market, she decided to do something about it. This is where her iconic style of leggings with a trendy design on the bottom came to life and is so recognisable now.
Being a mum, Amanda knew that just looking good wouldn't cut it! So during design, she ensured that the fabric was durable, functional, long lasting and most importantly kind to a baby's skin. This is why Blade & Rose use Oeko-Tex® certified cotton in their products along with organic in their WWF range.
10 years on and not only has the team grown but also the range of clothing. You can now get tops, socks, coats and even wellies. These being sold all over the world, from Germany to China and even Australia, plus now rolling out in the USA.
